why do these problems occur in UAVs? Jin Wei said that there are actually four "deficiencies": lack of regulations, lack of standards, lack of publicity, and lack of counter-measures

Especially in the past two years, many policies have been issued successively, including the rules and regulations of the Ministry of industry and information technology and the Civil Aviation Administration, some airworthiness regulations, operation and management measures, Interim Regulations on management, etc. It can be said that around some problems of UAV development, countries around the world are strengthening management. Europe and the United States are based on operation risk management, that is to say, UAV is only a product, and what needs to be managed is flight behavior, so it is necessary to conduct risk assessment on its operation. Although our overall thinking has been relatively clear, there are a lot of UAV management departments, and a total of 28 departments are managing UAVs, "which department is in charge of which, and few of you may be able to explain."
