"At the end of last year, we also made a 'guidance on promoting and standardizing the development of civil UAV manufacturing industry' by the Ministry of industry and information technology. Civil UAVs will reach 60billion yuan by 2020, followed by high-value metals 35 years later, and will reach 180billion yuan by 2025, which is the size of the whole market"

why do these problems occur in UAVs? Jin Wei said that there are actually four "deficiencies": lack of regulations, lack of standards, lack of publicity, and lack of counter-measures

at present, the policy of UAV is constantly improving, and the management is also constantly standardizing and strengthening. Especially in the past two years, many policies have been issued successively, including the rules and regulations of the Ministry of industry and information technology and the Civil Aviation Administration, some airworthiness regulations, operation and management measures, Interim Regulations on management, etc. It can be said that around some problems of UAV development, countries around the world are strengthening management. Europe and the United States are based on operation risk management, that is to say, UAV is only a product, and what needs to be managed is flight behavior, so it is necessary to conduct risk assessment on its operation. Although our overall thinking has been relatively clear, there are a lot of UAV management departments, and a total of 28 departments are managing UAVs, "which department is in charge of which, and few of you may be able to explain."

Slight UAVs do not need airworthiness. How to manage them requires simple certification. Some measures are proposed for the safety of products, including formulating and improving the Interim Regulations on UAV management as soon as possible, which is the top-level regulation. Improve supporting regulations, standards, technology and regulatory platforms, systems, facilities, etc. Speed up the formulation of standards, establish and improve the standard system; UAV identification, management and control platform construction, product safety requirements, pilot training, flight test detection and other standards, and promote the establishment of UAV safety detection and certification system; Promote the establishment of a number of professional testing and certification service institutions, and promote more drones to become cooperative targets
