- the production structure is more suitable for the needs of packaging and printing, and flexo printing and gravure printing technology are developing rapidly

- roof bags, Kangmei bags and Tetra Pak bags for beverages and dairy products have developed rapidly, with great potential for self-adhesive label printing and anti-counterfeiting packaging printing, and the technical content of packaging production has been improved

- the privatization and transformation of state-owned enterprises have accelerated in an all-round way and developed rapidly at an unconventional speed

of course, problems still exist in packaging and printing enterprises, mainly in the following aspects:

- low-level repeated construction, resulting in the production capacity of low-end products exceeding market demand. Some packaging and printing enterprises, especially some small and medium-sized enterprises, are underemployed, and the utilization rate of equipment is very low

- on the whole, due to the shortage of funds, the introduction and application of new technologies and equipment are insufficient, and the innovation ability is not strong, which restricts the development of high-end product markets with high added value and high technology content

- the level of regional development is uneven. There is not only a big gap between the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta and the western region, but also a trend of further widening the gap between the north and the south from the perspective of development in recent years

- the transformation of economic growth mode of many enterprises lags behind, and they still focus on low-cost rough processing

1. The development of paper-based packaging and printing

high-grade cartons with low gram weight, high strength and light weight, and folding cartons with gifts and colors not only meet the needs of the market, but also adopt new technologies, which can also save resources to the greatest extent and meet the requirements of environmental protection. Among them, the packaging of paper products based on folding cartons can not only meet the requirements of leading enterprises that have not yet formed full carton closures and high-speed automatic packaging machines, but also suitable for packaging, printing and online processing. As the demand for food, medicine, cosmetics, small household appliances and other industries continues to increase, I believe there will be more room for development

in terms of corrugated products, the emergence of G-type corrugated paper with a relative humidity of 60 ± 5% has created a good opportunity for the packaging and printing industry, which can realize direct printing on offset presses (New Technology). Compared with the previous E-type and F-type corrugated paper, G-type corrugated paper has higher strength (bending resistance, rupture strength, compression resistance). And it can better meet the three basic requirements of packaging products, such as light weight, good stability and beautiful appearance. In addition, if the offset printing process is used, the printing plate cost will be reduced, which is also more suitable for short version live printing

2. Develop plastic packaging and printing using flexible and gravure printing technology

3. Promoting green packaging

"3r+1d" is a universally recognized principle for the development of green packaging, that is, to implement packaging reduction. Under the conditions of meeting the functions of protection, sales, transportation, etc., the packaging should be used at least, and the packaging should be easy to reuse or recycle. Through the production of recycled products, incineration and utilization of heat energy, composting treatment to improve soil functions, etc, Achieve the purpose of reuse. Packaging waste can be degraded without forming permanent waste, so as to improve the soil; Packaging materials should be non-toxic and harmless to human body and organisms. The packaging and printing materials should not contain toxic elements (such as halogen, heavy metals, VOC, etc.) or the content should be controlled below the relevant standards. however, at present, most of the packaging and printing enterprises in China still use solvent based inks, in which VOC (organic volatile matter) emissions are large, and some inorganic pigments also contain heavy metal elements such as lead, chromium, copper, mercury, etc., which are toxic and not conducive to environmental protection, human health and safety. In the field of gravure printing in Europe, mixed solvents have been almost completely eliminated, and 100% water-based inks have been replaced

in terms of paying attention to sustainable development, saving resources and recycling reproduction resources, our attention is far from enough. The current recycling rate of materials directly related to the packaging industry is not high, such as waste paper recycling rate of 38%, waste plastic recycling rate of 30%, waste glass recycling rate of 13% (the global year-on-year increase of 22.35.1 ⑴ in January, the recycling rate of waste paper is about 44%, the recycling rate of waste paper in the United States, Japan and other countries is 40 ~ 50%), and the service life is short. If effective measures can be taken to strengthen the recycling work and improve the recycling rate, it will not only be conducive to resource reuse, but also conducive to environmental protection and make due contributions to sustainable development
